HOW IT WORKS:

​

Choice 1 - We can bid live at our office using our unique online auction system where we can search any auction house in Japan.

Using this system, you will be charged a flat fee upon value of car.

Cars under ¥1,000,000

commison fee upto $1,500

Cars above ¥1,000,001

commison fee upto $2,500

Cars exceeding ¥5,000,001

A % based on win bid is applied

We will oversee the bidding, Payment to auction, Transportation, Inspection assistance & registration assistance.

Customers are required to pay in full within 72 hours of successful winning of a vehicle. (Please NOTE: Any repairs or mechanical issues are not the responsibility of Fuji Automotive, it is the buyer's responsibility to cover any costs) There is no warranty on vehicles purchased via our online system.

Please note, we are putting our auction membership on the line, and the auction requires payment within 72 hours from time of win. This means customers failing to pay in the allotted time will force Fuji Automotive to settle any outstanding balances due on their order. If payment is received late by the client, an additional 10% of total win price will be charged to customer. 

Example: 2010 Honda Stepwagon, Win price 350,000 Yen

Late payment fee is 35,000 Yen PLUS commison fee.

Choice 2 - We attend any auction house in person, do a full inspection, hold a Video call & send multiple photos. This is the safest route when buying at auction more expensive vehicles and specialized vehicles.

On a successful winning of a vehicle commission will be as follows:

Included in our fee is, oversee the bidding, Payment to auction, Transportation, Inspection assistance & registration assistance, Vehicle will also come with a 60 day warranty once vehicle is registered.

If we are unsuccessful in securing the vehicle at the agreed budget, a fee of $900 will be charged to cover the associated expenses with regards to Choice 2

Remember this is an auction service and cars can be found cheaper in Japan then anywhere else, but you have to also be realistic, you cannot but a R34 GTR Skyline for $20,000.

​

It is also very important to understand that every now and again mistakes are made on auction sheets, they are filled out manually and sometimes there is human errors, example: vehicles can state certain packages but on arrival items, packages, condition could differ from what's written and it can be very difficult to make a claim. Based on this Fuji Automotive cannot be held responsible for mistakes made by auction, we will try our best to make a claim but in the event of it failing this is the risk of buying at auction, please bare this in mind when we are requested to win your car.

If we are successful in winning your desired vehicle at auction within budget, you own this vehicle. There is a NO CANCELATION policy on all Auction Direct purchases​

When using Choice 1, you are buying online and you are only being charged a service fee for the assistance we give which means you are full responsible for any repairs needed in order to make the vehicle road worthy before or after inspection. We will always try to assist you with buying the perfect mechanical condition vehicle for your needs however Fuji Automotive will  NOT be held responsible for any unreported issues not mentioned through the auction*

*Customers purchasing through special order request please note: You are buying to win, it’s your car and you will save money using this program, however because you are bidding on your own vehicle to save money, Buying via live bidding it also excludes the car from our normal 30 day protection available on our stock inventory.

 

However when using our direct at auction buying service Choice 2 -  you will receive a 30 day warranty.

And here is the best news – if you can get it for less than your budget, of course you will pay the lower price because you are the winner at auction. Our team will be able to assist and guide you to what is the best option for you.

You will just pay for the car, the auction fees, taxes, recycle fee, transport and commison.

Inspections, Registrations, 

Road Tax, JCI and LTO runs can either can be included or paid separately
