We source vehicles from over 130,000 units offered weekly through Japan’s licensed dealer-only auction network.

Through Fuji Automotive, clients gain access to inventory that is not available to the general public. Our team manages the entire process from vehicle search and bidding through to export and delivery. We have access to all major auction groups across Japan and can locate vehicles based on your specific requirements.

 

 

How It Works – Auction Access & Pricing

 

 

All vehicles are sourced through licensed, members-only auction houses in Japan.

 

Fuji Automotive acts as the purchasing agent and contracting party for all auction transactions. Clients do not purchase directly from the auction house.

 

All pricing is provided as a fixed, all-inclusive amount, which may include:

 

• Vehicle acquisition

• Auction access and associated fees

• Transport and logistics within Japan

• Export processing and documentation

• Handling and coordination services

 

 

We do not operate on a pass-through or cost-plus basis.

Accordingly, auction invoices, supplier invoices, or internal cost breakdowns are not provided or disclosed.

 

Any third-party websites or databases displaying auction sale prices are not affiliated with official auction houses and may contain incomplete, delayed, or unverified data. Such information does not reflect the full cost of acquisition and cannot be relied upon for comparison or dispute.

 

By proceeding with a purchase, the client agrees to the quoted total price as a complete service offering.

Auction Purchase Terms & Risk Acknowledgment

 

 

All auction vehicles are purchased based on auction inspection reports and available information at the time of sale.

 

Clients acknowledge that:

 

• Auction inspection reports are completed manually and may contain errors or omissions

• Vehicle condition, specification, or features may differ from auction descriptions

• Vehicles are purchased “as-is” at the point of auction win

 

 

While Fuji Automotive will assist in reviewing vehicles and may attempt to raise claims where appropriate, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of auction-provided information and accept no liability for discrepancies or undisclosed issues.

 

Participation in auction purchasing carries inherent risk, which is accepted by the client prior to bidding.

 

 

Bidding Commitment & No Cancellation Policy

 

 

When a client instructs Fuji Automotive to bid on a vehicle, that instruction is binding.

 

If a vehicle is successfully secured within the agreed parameters:

 

• The vehicle is deemed sold to the client

• No cancellation or withdrawal is permitted

 

Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe, or cancellation after a successful bid, will result in liability for losses and costs incurred.

 

A cancellation charge of up to 30% of the total agreed price may be applied to recover these costs.

 

 

Special Order Vehicles

 

 

Vehicles sourced via special order or customer request are:

 

• Purchased specifically on the client’s behalf

• Not eligible for standard dealership protections or return policies

 

 

These purchases are part of a bespoke sourcing service and are treated as final once secured.

 

 

Pricing Guidance

 

Auction vehicles can offer strong value compared to retail markets; however, final pricing varies depending on demand, condition, and availability.

 

Clients are encouraged to set realistic budgets based on current market conditions.

 

 

Client Acknowledgment

 

By proceeding with our auction sourcing service, the client confirms that they:

 

• Understand Fuji Automotive is providing a service-based transaction, not direct auction access

• Accept the fixed, all-inclusive pricing model

• Acknowledge that internal cost structures and third-party invoices are not disclosed

• Accept the risks associated with auction purchases

• Agree to all terms outlined above
