This post is long overdue and I could not let another day pass without thanking Paul for the amazing customer service that he provided. He was able to answer all of my questions and went above and beyond the call of duty to do extra fact finding on the cars I was interested in purchasing. I highly recommend Fuji Auto (especially Paul) I’m a return customer—I bought a Subaru from him during our last tour in Yokosuka, and when we returned, I went straight back to him. He helped me find a Subaru Crossover that was exactly what I wanted and was incredibly patient throughout the process. They made the entire car-buying process smooth, easy, and stress-free. I reached out about a vehicle in the morning and was able to test drive it within the hour. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire experience. Their office is conveniently located a few minutes walk from Main Gate.

The paperwork was streamlined and efficient, and they even went the extra mile by obtaining the JCI and LTO registration at city hall.  To top it all off, they delivered the car to me the very same day.

This is my second car I have purchased from Fuji! Truly great customer service and a great car! These guys really know what they are doing and will do their best to make the process as quick as possible! Love my new car and how quickly I was able to get driving in a high quality car.
